Sweetwaters Washington St. is a coffeehouse serving espresso drinks, cold brew and teas alongside classic café fare. The menu ranges from the Dragon Eye, a house coffee blended with sweetened condensed milk, to the Straight Up Cold Brew, which is brewed for 18 hours and served over ice. Pastries, desserts, frozen drinks and sandwiches round out the counter, and limited-time seasonal drinks rotate through the fall.

Orders can be placed ahead for pickup through the Sweetwaters app or the order page, with curbside pickup and delivery through several delivery apps. The cafe also takes catering orders and sells boxes of coffee or tea for meetings. Inside there is WiFi and patio seating, and the SweetRewards loyalty program earns points toward free drinks. The cafe is on West Washington Street in Ann Arbor and stays open early and late every day.
