Robertson Morrison

Robertson Morrison is a mechanical contractor with more than 60 years of experience, focused on HVAC work for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings across Southeast Michigan. Its services include controls, routine maintenance programs, new construction and renovations, mechanical and process piping, in-house sheet metal fabrication, design/build projects, and equipment upgrades and replacements. Much of its work is for K-12 schools, research facilities with cleanrooms and server rooms, hospitals and retirement communities.

Clients can invite the firm to bid on projects or add their company to its bid distribution list. The company also handles residential replacement, upgrades and maintenance. Its 24/7 team offers troubleshooting for urgent problems, which matters when a system failure would shut down operations. The office is on Runway Boulevard in Ann Arbor, and the company says it serves Ann Arbor, Detroit and nearby areas.
