OSI Meetings is an event production company that plans and runs conferences, meetings and events. Its services cover the full planning cycle, from facility research and venue contract negotiation to registration portals, speaker coordination, materials management, catering and financial oversight. The company works with clients across the U.S. and internationally.

The team is led by owner Stephanie Nishioka, and a separate audiovisual partner, Geeks and Gurus, is on site at every event. OSI is a women-owned business in Ann Arbor, and clients usually hand off the logistics so they can focus on content. The office is at Travis Pointe Road on the city's northeast side.
