Legacy Oral, Facial & Dental Implant Surgery is a multigenerational oral and maxillofacial surgery practice led by a father-daughter team, Dr. Dalbert Fear and Dr. Alena Fear. The practice handles dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, full-arch tooth replacement, bone grafting, tooth extractions, impacted tooth exposure, jaw (orthognathic) surgery, facial trauma and oral pathology evaluation.

First visits begin with a consultation and imaging review, where the surgeons explain treatment options and anesthesia choices. Patients can choose from local anesthesia, oral conscious sedation, IV sedation or general anesthesia, depending on the procedure and their comfort. The office is at 2521 Jackson Avenue in Ann Arbor and serves patients from Ann Arbor and surrounding Michigan communities.
