Jerusalem Garden

Jerusalem Garden is a Mediterranean restaurant on East Liberty Street in downtown Ann Arbor, known for hummus made by hand every morning from a family recipe, fried-to-order falafel, and charbroiled chicken and meat kabobs. The menu also includes stuffed grape leaves, meat and spinach pies, fattoush salad and mjaddara, and it offers vegetarian, vegan and halal options.

Most customers order pickup, either individually or through the online ordering page, and the restaurant also handles catering for groups and events with family-style trays or individually packed meals. Curbside pickup is available, and the dining room is open for eating in. It is open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 8:30 PM and closed on Sundays. Founded in 1987, it is family-owned and has been a regular lunch and dinner stop for students, faculty and neighbors for decades.
