About Ginger Deli

The story

Ginger Deli serves Vietnamese fare built on fresh herbs, spices and protein, with bread baked daily and seasonal vegetables in the kitchen. Te Phan, a former automotive designer and classical pianist, opened the shop in summer 2014 to return to his passion for food, and the dishes aim to be lighter and healthier than typical western fare.

The shop is a walk-in and takeout spot in downtown Ann Arbor. It is not taking online or phone orders right now, so stop in during weekday and Saturday hours instead. Ginger Deli also caters events, with inquiries handled by phone or email.
