Gainsley Electric

Gainsley Electric is a licensed electrical contractor serving homes and businesses in Ann Arbor, in operation since 1986. The work covers rewiring, electrical panel inspections, electric heating from wall heaters to outdoor overhead panels, underground wiring for parking lot lights and outbuildings, and generator maintenance. Master electrician Bill Gainsley holds the license.

Builders, contractors and architects can arrange contract and subcontract work with the company, and homeowners use it for everything from new home wiring to fixture replacement. The company says it does not collect payment until the customer is fully satisfied, and it promises on-time arrival, clean work sites and work that meets code. Appointments are booked through the office, and an after-hours line is listed for emergencies. The office is on Washtenaw Avenue.
