Dumpster Rental & Roll-Off Services

Dumpster Rental & Roll-Off Services is a family-owned roll-off company in Ann Arbor that rents 10, 20, 30 and 40-yard steel containers for household cleanouts, roofing tear-offs, concrete and dirt removal, and construction jobs. Its low-side bins suit heavy materials like shingles and concrete, and crews set each container on wooden planks or driveway boards to protect pavement.

Booking is handled by phone through dispatch, which confirms the size, address and delivery window. Orders placed before noon can arrive the same afternoon, and next-day delivery is standard for outlying Washtenaw neighborhoods. The price is a flat rate quoted up front that covers delivery, the rental period, pickup and tonnage. Contractors can set up standing accounts for daily or every-other-day swap-outs. The business operates from a yard on Oak Valley Drive in Ann Arbor.
