Dear Golden sells vintage clothing from the 1960s through the 1990s, including sweaters, coats, dresses, jeans and boots from labels such as Ralph Lauren and J.Crew. The shop also carries vintage and antique jewelry, antique quilts and blankets, vintage bridal and kimono pieces, plus incense and candles.

The business runs a brick-and-mortar shop in Ann Arbor and also sells online through its own site and an Etsy shop, shipping orders to customers. Layaway is available, and gift cards can be bought in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP or AUD. The team asks that customers email first, since staff are often busy with in-store shoppers or packing orders and may not pick up the phone.
