Cornerstone Design Inc

Cornerstone Design Inc is an architecture firm that handles commercial, nonprofit and multi-family projects, including new construction and renovations. Its work runs from programming and site selection through design, construction documents, bidding and construction administration. The firm also does accessibility evaluations, drawing on the accessible and universal design experience of principal David Esau, AIA.

Clients usually reach the firm by phone or email to set up a meeting. The firm works with engineers and other consultants, and it aims to design to a client's budget while keeping code and government approval requirements in view. Many clients return for later projects. The office is on Collingwood in Ann Arbor, and the firm serves projects across southeast Michigan. Its sister company, Michigan Accessible Homes, handles accessible residences.
