Concept Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency that places auto, home, life, small business and personal umbrella coverage. The agency represents many different insurance companies, which lets its agents look for affordable prices and individualized options rather than a single carrier's product. Personal lines also include rental homes, seasonal homes, motorcycles, boats, recreational vehicles and snowmobiles.

Peter Staton opened the agency 26 years ago in a small office in Travis Pointe, and it has grown largely through referrals from friends and family. The office is at 4884 S. State Road in Ann Arbor and is open Monday through Friday during business hours. Business clients can get customized coverage, from workers' compensation to general liability.
