Mimi's Bridal Boutique is a family-owned bridal shop on Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor, founded in 2000 by Yvette Mikho and named after her youngest daughter. It carries more than 250 designer wedding dresses in stock, including a selection of plus size gowns, and a separate Mimi's Rack section for ready-to-take-home dresses. The boutique also stocks veils, headpieces, hair accessories and fine wedding jewelry, many designed by Yvette.
Every visit is by appointment only and runs 90 minutes with a dedicated bridal stylist, with no walk-ins. Alterations are done in house by the same team that fitted the dress, and preservation cleaning is available after the wedding. Brides come from across Washtenaw County, Ypsilanti, and as far as Toledo, and on-site parking is available.
