Apex Therapeutic Massage

Apex Therapeutic Massage is a massage practice run by Thomas St. Bernard, a licensed massage therapist. Sessions often combine several modalities, including sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue work, TMJ/TMD massage, and prenatal massage, with the approach chosen for each client's needs. Sessions are offered in 60, 75, 90 and 120 minute lengths, with hot stone and cupping options at the 60 and 90 minute lengths.

Before the first session, the therapist talks through your history, injuries, chronic conditions, lifestyle, reason for visiting and goals. Pressure is often on the deeper side, but deeper is not always the right choice, so the work is adjusted to what is indicated. Appointments are booked through the website. The office is in Suite 300 at 58 Parkland Plaza in Ann Arbor.
