Ann Arbor Meditation Center

The Ann Arbor Meditation Center is a local center for Transcendental Meditation, the TM technique taught by certified TM teachers through individualized instruction. Its focus is on learning the technique itself, with courses that help students build a lasting daily practice.

New students can start with a free intro talk or book a TM course. Courses can be taken in person over four consecutive days of about two hours each, or in a hybrid format with one in-person visit followed by remote sessions. The course fee is income-based and can be paid in installments, and scholarships are available for first responders, veterans, and others who need financial help. Follow-up support, a TM app and group meditations are also offered. The center is at 2035 Hogback Rd in Ann Arbor.
