Nautilus Fitness Center

Nautilus Fitness Center has three weight rooms full of machines and free weights, plus four cardio rooms with treadmills, bikes, stair climbers and air-pressured Keiser machines. The club also runs a five-lane lap pool with lounge chairs, racquetball and basketball courts, and a scheduled lineup of group classes that range from Spin and Body HIIT to Tai Chi and yoga.

Members can reserve racquetball courts through the front desk, and family swim times are set each week. Children can spend workout time in the Nautilus Playland, where staff watch them in a room with a ball pit and large play equipment. Personal trainers and fitness managers are available in the cardio area for workout advice, and the club is on Industrial Drive in Alton, Illinois.
