Success Smiles Orthodontics

Success Smiles Orthodontics is an orthodontic practice treating children, teens and adults with traditional braces, invisible braces, tooth-colored braces and clear aligners. Dr. Lilly Padilla and Dr. Taylor Usitalo are both board-certified orthodontists, and the practice offers a Spanish-speaking orthodontist. Products for at-home oral care with braces are also sold.

The first consultation is free, and patients can sometimes get braces the same day. The practice lists a flat fee for braces with a down payment and monthly payments, and says it accepts most insurance plans. Locations include Albuquerque NE on Louisiana Blvd NE, along with offices in Santa Fe, the South Valley and Rio Rancho.
