505 Clean Queens

505 Clean Queens is a residential house cleaning company serving homeowners in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Corrales. Its core offerings are recurring weekly and bi-weekly cleans, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, and green cleaning done with non-toxic, eco-friendly products. The deep clean is the company's most popular service for occupied homes.

A quote starts with a 15 to 20 minute call to discuss the home, and pricing depends on the service type and square footage rather than an hourly rate. Most clients leave a key or garage code, and the team cleans without the homeowner present, though a walk-through at the end is requested. Supplies are provided except for a toilet brush, and pets should be kept in a secure space during the clean. The company says it is licensed, bonded, and insured, and it offers a satisfaction guarantee if problems are reported within 48 hours.
