Schaper Construction

Schaper Construction has been in the building trade since 1976, working through four divisions: in-ground fiberglass pools, roofing, general construction, and crane service. The roofing side installs and repairs roofs, gutters and exterior siding, and the company works regularly with insurance companies, homeowners and developers. Its crane is used to set trusses and lift air conditioning units onto roofs on residential and light commercial job sites.

Jobs range from new buildings to room additions. Pool customers pick the design, and the company says its pools can be ready in weeks rather than months. The office is on Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills, and the site lists state licenses for roofing, construction and pools.
