It sources beans directly from small Colombian farms and roasts them in small batches at its Doral roasting facility. Alongside its coffee, the café serves teas, matcha, smoothies and juices, plus pancakes, egg dishes, breakfast sandwiches and a menu of Latin American favorites with classic American breakfast and lunch dishes.
