Heimberger's Martial Arts

Heimberger's Martial Arts teaches mixed martial arts to children ages 4 to 12, teens and adults, with a curriculum that draws on karate, muay thai, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo, taekwondo and wrestling. Classes focus on self-defense alongside the discipline and philosophy of traditional martial arts, and students advance through belt levels as they progress.

The school has been operating since 1966 and is led by Master Alan Heimberger and Master Bill Heimberger, with a team of instructors. Children's and adult classes are held separately, and new visitors can take a free trial class before signing up. The school serves the New Tampa and Wesley Chapel area.
