Glenn Construction

Glenn Construction is a general contracting firm that manages commercial projects from start to finish. Its work includes interior build-outs for retail, restaurant, fitness and office spaces, as well as ground-up builds that start at the foundation. The firm also takes on specialized trades such as commercial plumbing, framing and drywall, painting, and acoustic ceilings, for subcontracting, repairs or one-off scopes. David Glenn, the owner and founder, launched the company in 2016 with his brother Michael.

The company is based in Wesley Chapel and serves the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas. Clients can request a quote by phone or through the contact form on the website, and the team typically follows up promptly. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and David Glenn is noted as available around the clock for clients during active projects.
