Burghers Brewing Company

Burghers Brewing Company is a smash burger joint and craft brewery where the menu centers on smashed beef patties with a range of toppings, plus fried chicken, hot dogs, pierogies and salads. Its own house beers, including lagers, pilsners, IPAs and stouts, are poured on tap and sold in cans, and cocktails, hard ciders and canned wine are also on the menu. The head chef and owner, Fiore Moletz, runs the restaurant with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability, and the kitchen buys ingredients from farmers within about 200 miles.

The Zelienople location is at 215 West New Castle Street and serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. Burghers does not use paper napkins, and parties of six or more are charged a 20 percent gratuity. Kids get their own menu, and the brewery also has locations in Lawrenceville, Southside and Millvale in Pittsburgh.
