The Downtown Exchange

The Downtown Exchange is a food hall in a historic Main Street building in downtown Zanesville, combining several food vendors with coworking space and meeting rooms. The building was renovated over roughly a year, converting a multi-tenant antique mall into what the owners describe as a community destination. Food vendors include Bee Sweet Desserts & Eats, Chapman's Coffee House, Hayai Hibachi, Tacology, Taste of Greece, The Lucky Jupiter Bar, Twisted Classics and Village Pizzeria & Kitchen.

Day passes let visitors work for the day, with Wi-Fi, AV connections and printers available. Conference rooms can be reserved online. Coworking access is through the DTX WRX logo at the front of the building, which leads to the upper floors. The building was originally the Black-Elliott Block, built in 1876 in the Italianate style near the Muskingum County Courthouse.
