Simon Roofing

Simon Roofing is a national commercial and industrial roofing company based at 70 Karago Ave. in Youngstown. It handles roof repairs, including 24/7 emergency leak repairs, along with restorations, replacements, inspections and preventive maintenance for flat, low-slope and metal roofs. The company focuses solely on commercial facilities and does not work on residential or shingled roofs.

Simon Roofing manufactures its own roofing products and uses crews it employs directly rather than subcontractors. Its work covers industries such as hospitals, schools, warehouses and data centers, with more than 60 service centers across the U.S. Facility managers can request service around the clock by phone, and the company is a family-owned business that has been operating since around 1900.
