Pro-Techs Exterminating, Inc.

Pro-Techs Exterminating is a family-owned pest control company that focuses on termites, fire ants, rodents and general household pests. Its work includes termite inspections and treatments with termite control bond warranties, perimeter and interior pest treatments, fire ant suppression for active mounds, and rodent exclusion and baiting. The company also handles Wood Destroying Insect inspections and NPMA-33 forms for home sales, and runs pest control programs for homeowner associations.

Pro-Techs offers free inspections and estimates and says it does not use salespeople, so technicians act as advisors and explain findings in detailed written reports. Service covers Yorktown and the wider Hampton Roads area, including Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Hampton and Newport News. The office is at 146 Cardinal Lane in Yorktown, and weekday hours run through the afternoon, with the office closed on weekends.
