Garden of Zen Yoga Studio

Garden of Zen Yoga Studio is a yoga studio offering classes from beginner to advanced levels, along with senior chair classes, private yoga sessions and personal training by appointment. The studio is family built and operated, and its instructors bring decades of combined teaching experience with a range of class styles.

Classes are offered on site and by live stream, so students can join from home or while traveling. On-site mat space has to be reserved more than an hour ahead, and walk-ins are not accepted. Live-stream classes are included with contracted memberships and most pricing options, and digital drop-in passes are also available. The studio is in the Grafton Shopping Center in York County, and its reception area sells yoga mats, gift items and self-care products, many of them local and handmade.
