The Yorktowne Hotel

The Yorktowne Hotel is a historic downtown hotel that opened in 1925 and is known as the "Cornerstone of York." It has 123 rooms, including 27 extended stay suites, and its restored Renaissance Revival building is known for locally commissioned artwork and original details like the brass Cutler Mailbox and the terrazzo lobby floor. The hotel also hosts weddings, banquets and private events in its Wellspan Ballroom, which holds up to 400 people.

The Davidson Lobby Bar and Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the Graham Rooftop Lounge offers small bites, bar service and outdoor seating on weekday and weekend evenings. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and pets are welcome. Parking is in the Market Street Garage across from the hotel, and the hotel is a short walk from Restaurant Row and Central Market House.
