PA Fitness York Queensgate

PA Fitness York Queensgate is a gym with cardio and strength equipment, free weights, functional training with kettlebells and ropes, and a lap pool for lap swimming and aquatics classes. Group fitness runs from yoga and senior fitness to cycling and HIIT, and personal trainers are available for members who want guidance. The club also has a dedicated women's only area.
