Holy Hound Taproom

Holy Hound Taproom pours 30 rotating craft beers on tap, along with cans, bottles, a wide range of single malt scotch and small batch bourbon. The kitchen is part of the draw, with wings, burgers, tacos, quesadillas and ramen bowls on the menu. Soups, sauces and dressings are made from scratch, and the entrées use fresh, local, sustainable ingredients.

The taproom occupies the lower level of the restored National House Hotel in downtown York, a casual, eclectic room with rehabbed church pews for seating and live music throughout the week. Happy hour runs daily from 4 to 6 pm, with weekday food specials and trivia on Thursday evenings. Dinner reservations are not accepted, private party inquiries can be made online, and the kitchen closes at 10 pm most nights. The bar stays open later on Friday and Saturday nights.
