Hill Street Veterinary Hospital cares for companion animals and farm animals, from dogs and cats to rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, sheep, llamas and goats. The practice has been running since 1941 and calls itself York County's longest continuously run veterinary hospital.

Appointments can be booked in advance for weekday afternoons and evenings and on Saturday mornings. Weekday mornings also have open-clinic visits that need no appointment and go first come, first served. Travel exams for trips outside the contiguous United States must be scheduled ahead of time.
