Swags Decorating

Swags Window Decorating designs, fabricates and installs custom window treatments for homes and commercial spaces, including shutters, blinds, shades, drapery panels, Roman shades, cornice boards and valances. The shop carries a large selection of Hunter Douglas products, with sheers, honeycomb shades, wood and metal blinds, and motorized options, along with a range of designer fabrics and trims.

The process starts with a $75 in-home consultation, where a designer measures each window, discusses the needs for every room and provides pricing, with a follow-up to review fabrics and operating options if needed. Installation is handled by licensed installers. The owner, Rosalie Boutin, has worked with window treatments since 2005 and runs the business from York, Maine, serving the Southern Maine and New Hampshire seacoasts.
