9x12 Method

9x12 Method is a membership community and print service that teaches people to run a simple local advertising business. Operators sell ad spots of about $500 each on one oversized 9x12 postcard, with one business per industry, then have the card printed and mailed by USPS Every Door Direct Mail to about 5,000 homes. The community is led by founder Mitchell Tebo and includes a course, copy-and-paste scripts and weekly live coaching calls.

Members can also buy printing with postage included for a 9x12 card or a smaller 6 by 11 community card, or order print-ready ad design for $25 per ad. Free tools such as an EDDM route planner, an ad payback calculator and an AI ad designer are available, along with a free masterclass open to anyone. Advertisers pay before anything is printed, and published member results are presented as standout cases rather than typical outcomes.
