Skylite Tec

Skylite Tec installs, repairs and maintains skylights for homes, retail centers, warehouses and other commercial buildings. Much of the work is smoke vent testing, certification and replacement, along with high pile storage compliance and commercial fall protection systems. Custom skylights, including reglazing and waterproofing for existing units, round out the lineup.

The business is family-owned and run by a third generation of skylight contractors, with roots in California going back to the 1970s. Crews serve Orange County and reach into Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties. The office is in Yorba Linda, and appointments can be requested by phone. California Fire Code requires smoke and heat vents to be tested annually, so property owners often rely on the company for those recurring checks.
