Lifetime Physical Therapy

Lifetime Physical Therapy provides one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes, treating neurological and orthopedic problems. Therapists watch how patients move through daily routines and the layout of their homes to find what feeds their pain, then build an exercise program they can keep up on their own. The practice is known for posture correction, fall prevention and home ergonomic setup, and its therapists can cast a foot for a custom orthotic. The business was founded in 2008 by a physical therapist who wanted care delivered one-on-one.

Patients need a prescription from their physician, and the office helps with that process. Therapists visit the home for the first evaluation and treatment. A posture class called Stand Tall meets on Tuesday mornings at the Yorba Linda Community Center, and participants sign up at the center's front desk, where spots tend to fill early.
