GTC

GTC, short for Gladiator Training Center, is a gym in Xenia that focuses on wrestling, no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu and sports performance training. The gym describes itself as a grungy, hard-working alternative to traditional commercial gyms, with a blue collar, old school approach.

GTC is open every day, including holidays, from 4 AM to 10 PM. The Gladiator Wrestling Club trains out of the same building, and the coaching staff includes former competitive wrestlers and a long-time black belt and mixed martial arts veteran. The gym is at 59 East 2nd Street in Xenia.
