Goldstar Rehabilitation

Goldstar Rehabilitation is an early intervention provider serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays across Pennsylvania. Its licensed therapists offer speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, feeding therapy, special instruction, behavior management, autism spectrum disorder services and social work, with an emphasis on parent coaching so families can practice skills at home.

Services are delivered in the child's home, daycare or community, and the company says early intervention is free for eligible children ages 0-3, supported by Pennsylvania state and county governments.
