The Surf Suites

The Surf Suites is an oceanfront property of one-bedroom suites on Wrightsville Beach, built for guests who want beach access without a resort or a short-term rental. Each suite has a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and a private balcony or patio facing the Atlantic. The property has a private freshwater pool with a sundeck and a shaded gazebo, plus an outdoor beach shower and direct beach access.

The property sits on the quieter south end of the island at 711 S Lumina Ave. Guests can walk to Oceanic Pier and restaurant and to Sundays Cafe across the street, and downtown Wilmington is a short drive away. Stays are for guests 25 and older, the property is non-smoking and pet-free, and each suite includes one free parking space. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
