Reliable HVAC, Inc.

Reliable HVAC, Inc. handles heating, cooling, and hot water work for homes, businesses, and new construction. The crew repairs and installs gas and propane furnaces and boilers, heat pumps, central air, ductless mini splits, and water heaters, and it does routine spring AC and fall heating tune-ups. Ian Goodwin owns the company, works in the field himself, and leads a crew of technicians. Reliable HVAC is a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor and leads with Mitsubishi systems, though it also installs Bosch, Trane, and Viessmann equipment.

The company provides an estimate before any repair, and it offers 24/7 emergency service for heat and AC, with nights, weekends, and holidays billed at a higher rate. Its shop is on Tacoma Street in Worcester, and it works across Massachusetts. Requests get a reply within one business day, and calls or texts go straight to the office for urgent problems.
