Cantiani Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency that has served central Massachusetts for more than 40 years. The agency writes personal coverage such as auto, homeowners, umbrella, condo and renters policies, along with business insurance and coverage for RVs and off-road vehicles.

The agency has been in operation since 1975, when founder Paul F. Cantiani started it from his home on Grafton Hill. Its main office is on Plantation Street in Worcester, and a second location in East Douglas handles business from the Douglas area.
