Elite Therapy Center

Elite Therapy Center provides pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy for children and young adults from birth to age 21. Its services include speech and feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, a visual and academic track, autism and handwriting support, sports and orthopedic therapy, and a vocational transition program. The practice was founded by co-owners and clinical directors Heather Field, Lauri Cole, and Kari McKown, and its team includes more than 70 certified therapists and administrative staff.

Families can request therapy through the website and manage appointments through its online scheduling system, though requests are reviewed by the scheduling team before they are confirmed. Clinics are in Waco, Temple, Harker Heights, Killeen, Gatesville, and West, and calls to the main number are routed through the Waco clinic's phone system.
