About Kimmy's Christian Academy

The story

Kimmy's Christian Academy is a childcare center that serves children from six weeks old through school age, with programs grouped by age from infants (Genesis) through school-age kids up to 12 (Eagles). The academy has been providing childcare in the Clarksville area for more than 20 years and has served Woodlawn families since 2021.

The program is built around a Christian environment, with weekly Bible studies, Bible-themed crafts, prayer before meals and snacks, and a daily morning devotion for preschoolers. Classes are kept small, and the teachers aim to know each child's needs and development well. The center is at 2225 Woodlawn Rd in Woodlawn, about 3 miles from Liberty Elementary.
