Quaker Custom Homes

Quaker Custom Homes builds custom homes for clients across Northern Virginia and has been doing so for more than a quarter century. The process starts with conversations about wants, needs and budget before floor plans and architectural styles are chosen, and buyers can select from a wide range of upgrades and changes to the company's plans. Craftsman, Traditional and Colonial designs are all part of the mix, and the company also builds on a client's own lot.

Clients can start with a video consultation. Buyers of its On Your Lot homes receive custom architectural house plans and management of site development work at no additional cost. The company is based in Gainesville, Virginia, and many of its clients are repeat customers or referrals from people who have already built with Quaker, including households in Vienna, Alexandria, Manassas and McLean.
