Ideal Wellness

Ideal Wellness is a physical therapy practice offering both land-based physical therapy and aquatic therapy, with a total body evaluation as the starting point. Owner Kristy Blair, a physical therapist with outpatient experience in neurological, orthopedic and post-surgical care, also holds certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has trained in the Y Balance Test and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. Her approach combines manual skills, therapeutic exercise and patient education.

Aquatic sessions are held at the Chinn Aquatics Center in Woodbridge, which suits people who cannot manage a land exercise program. Land therapy takes place at the practice's Noble Pond Way office, and all treatments are by appointment only. The practice also lists couples massage and diagnostic ultrasound among its services.
