Bone & Balance

Bone & Balance is a bone health and balance clinic built around a proprietary Osteogenic Loading device, which applies brief high-pressure loads to the bones to stimulate new bone growth. The clinic's main focus is osteoporosis and fall prevention for adults, with personalized programs that also address balance, posture and fall risk. Its equipment includes balance testing and training tools, motion and gait analysis, and vibration therapy.

Sessions are based on an individual plan, and the clinic describes a routine of about 30 minutes a week. The Woodbridge location is inside Gold's Gym in Lake Ridge, at 12550 Dillingham Square, and is listed as opening in July 2026 with presale underway. A second location is listed in Palm Desert, California. Booking is available through the website or by phone.
