Air Solution Mechanical Services

Air Solution Mechanical Services is a commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor that handles heating and air conditioning repair, installation and maintenance, along with commercial plumbing. The firm works on multifamily, hospitality, government and large commercial projects, including renovating and retrofitting older occupied buildings. Its technicians are trained to repair first and recommend replacement only when needed, and it offers a bi-yearly priority maintenance package.

The company was founded by Mario Ruben Perez, who began as an electrician before moving into mechanical and plumbing work. Its work covers Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, with a residential division for homeowners that was set up in partnership with 1-800-Plumber + Air. The office is in Woodbridge, Virginia.
