Pole to Pole Fitness

Pole to Pole Fitness teaches pole, aerial and dance fitness classes built around full-body conditioning that mixes strength, endurance, core work, cardio, balance and flexibility. Its workouts are set to music and are pitched as an alternative to a traditional gym, with classes open to people at any fitness level. The studio also runs workshops, parties and a 1 or 3 month instructor training course for those who want to teach.

Classes can be booked online through the schedule, and there is a mobile app for schedules and purchases. The company lists locations in Woodbridge, NJ, Edgewater, NJ, Staten Island, NY and East Harlem, NYC, so neighbors across the area can find a class nearby. Pricing and class details are posted on the website.
