The Alfond Inn

The Spa at The Alfond Inn is a day spa inside the Alfond Inn hotel, known for face and body treatments, therapeutic and couples massage, and advanced facials. Spa guests 18 and older can use the Spa Pool, which comes with any booked treatment and has poolside food and drink service. Private shaded cabanas with an attendant can be reserved there. The men's and women's locker rooms include a steam room, a sauna and heated quartz loungers in the women's rooms.

Appointments are strongly recommended and can be booked online or by phone, with cancellations requested at least 24 hours ahead. Guests should arrive about 30 minutes early and bring a photo ID. Florida residents with ID get 15% off spa services Monday through Thursday. A 22% service charge applies to a la carte services and day packages, and the spa is cashless. The spa is in downtown Winter Park, just steps from the hotel's art-filled spaces and rooftop pool.
