San Felipe Spice Trading

San Felipe Spice Trading makes seasoning blends meant to turn a simple weeknight dinner into something that tastes like it took all day. Its most reviewed product is Instant Chimichurri, which needs only olive oil and vinegar added, while Instant Birria pairs with meat and water in an Instant Pot. Other blends include Cowboy Butter, Authentic Adobo, and the Reserva Series of single-origin spices and heirloom herbs.

Each batch is mixed and packed by hand by the family that runs the business, and most orders ship free on purchases over $35. Shops can order wholesale through the company's Faire storefront. In person, the family sells at its booth at the Lakeland Downtown Farmers Curb Market on Saturday mornings, and the blends are also carried at seven spots in Central Florida.
