ECHO Coffee House

ECHO Coffee House serves locally roasted coffee, brewed as drip, in a French press, or as espresso drinks, with cold brew, matcha and chai lattes on the side. Its signature drinks have names tied to foster care, such as the Reunification, with hazelnut, honey and cinnamon, and the Forever Family, with peanut butter, chocolate and caramel. Breakfast croissants with sausage or egg and cheese, muffins and weekly pastries round out the menu, along with Lotus energy drinks.

The shop exists to bring people together and to raise awareness of children in foster care, and it directs financial support to a local foster care ministry. Guests are welcome to stay, make conversation or get some work done. It is open weekday mornings and Saturday mornings, and orders can be placed online. The shop is on Cypress Gardens Road in Cypress Gardens.
