True Homes is a semi-custom home builder serving North and South Carolina. It is best known for its Build On Your Lot program, where buyers choose their own lot and build from one of more than 200 floorplans. The semi-custom approach pairs production-style building efficiency with personal choices in layout, exterior style, and finishes.

In the Triad, the program covers Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem, and the Triad location is in Winston-Salem. The process has seven steps, starting with the lot's dimensions and setbacks, followed by a site evaluation, an options list with a personal advisor, a purchase agreement, and sessions with a design consultant. The company says its timeline from contract to move-in averages under 12 months.
